If your legit shearing pinions and it's not due to poor gear setup or twisted mounts, then there isn't much you can do short of swapping a bigger diff or an axle swap

It was just odd to me.. I have a new diff from ECGS and I'm gonna try to make sure everything is right when it gets installed .. then again @Snorkie and I swapped the last one in 20 deg weather and we were pretty buzzed so not sure if the diff is the culprit. I think it's the t-case.

hey Randy! did you do the diff drop in the front? I haven't blown any diffs since sending a box of parts to Zuk.

Old diff on left
New on right with ARB

Gears coming out of the ADD side of the diff on the old diff - do they need to go on the new diff? Or did the ARB eliminate something? Just don’t see how it will shift to 4wd without them ..

Supposed to keep the red stuff on the inside. Looks like that CV axle is going to have to wait a bit.
