The passenger side toyota brand, it's been wheeled 3 times, I don't see the cost vs reward vs a cheap $50 one. I think that's OEM number 4 I broke.

Ehhhh ... lmao, I hate that trail and she loves it. I think it's called Any Sunday? Even when it's dry it sucks with a short track width.
I love the wheels, if I ever decide to to a solid front axle I will just send them to OMF and do some beadlocks.

Also I don't want to speculate but after towing 8k lbs for a couple thousand miles (so far) I may ditch the tundra lol

It has been a few years since I had my 01 4R out to Gilmer. Any Given Sunday was not on the list of trails I wanted to take my DD down. Seems like Gilmer is rough on CV axles.

I towed (iirc 7k) with a tundra, it was underpowered. I bet you mis that Diesel!
It is, and I do.
Supercharge it
Ehhhhh could just trade in the truck and save the 8k

I wasn't the only 3rd gen to break an axle either lol

Ditched the tundra, back in a diesel. Now trailer shopping again.

Also my smoker crapped out on me so I splurged a little and got a bigger one.

Those little smokers last maybe 3yrs or so, my brother has gone through a number of them, but they do smoke good though.

Nice Ferd, what trailer do you have now?

Yea last one was aboout 3 years old, didn't cover it or keep it out of the weather, just under the back porch. This one is decent so far but finding the sweet spot for ribs is tricky. I could put 2 racks in the last one and leave it at 235 and the temp would stay at 225 which is what I want, I kept this one at 245 with 4 racks and it stayed around 220 and they came out ok, not perfect but decent.

25' low boy, does the job but I want a flat deck / gooseneck

Funny you should show those burn marks on the element, that's exactly where mine burnt out. But I figure it was time anyway.
I always used to use wood burning until I swapped to electric, I ain't going back lol.

It's a 25 foot lowboy, about a year old. I bought brand new, heavy duty ramps and a spare tire. Trailer has prob 6k miles on it.
Paid .. $5500? I don't remember, I will let it go for $3900, title in hand in my name. 6k lb axles, 12k gvwr, I will throw in my $350 hitch as well.

That looks like a pretty stout trailer, and very good price, the length in the front looks a bit too long for I need, that really makes a difference in the amount of hitch weight. I was looking at 22’ and no sides.

Have you thought about contacting the trailer dealer(s) and getting a price to convert that to a gooseneck?

yeah those electric smokers are more precise on temperatures, makes it easy to throw the meet on, set temperature, timer and more time to drink Praise Jesus Coldbeers and not worry about overcooking your food.

After cutting down about 8 or 9 Hickory trees, I always ask if anyone needs some bbq wood, most of it is too green right now, most of it ends up in my fireplace, lol.

Put a cage in that 4Runner and mount those seats to it.

I am also sensing a trend in vehicle color... I know that was pretty observant. :)
