Wish I had a video camera out tonight. There are some low clouds tonight and this airliner was coming through them. I was taking the trash out and watched it above, the airliner had its landing lights on and you could watch the clouds form into the the engines as it went overhead. Very freaking cool. Damn I wish I had video.

Too many people today are removed from the men and women who keep this country going. There are kids being easier to disrespect police, first responders, and military groups because it is a "social thing" for them. Hopefully this is changing.

The U.S. Air Force Built a C-130 That Could Land Inside a Soccer Stadium

yeah, super cool. My neighbor was the first female pilot to fly Special Ops C-130's out of Hurlburt field 20+ years ago.. I have tons of respect for a 130.

My old office over looked the runway for the Join Reserve bases here. I could watch planes all day from my desk. Every once in a while C130 were taking off or landing. It was all cool to see but something about those big boys was memorizing.

My office is across the road from a small airport. Fort Hood sends helicopters down here weekly, its cool to watch.
