Cool stuff. The thought that rushes through my mind is that there is only one thing that I can not replace and get more of. I am being taught through life that it is the most precious 'possession' and that is time. I am certain that it will be cool but my brain is currently engaged in being careful what I trade for time.

But those views of the mountains at Cerro Gordo. I would take the back part of the outhouse off during the summer so I could shit every morning with a view like that

When I lived in Alamogordo back in the late 80's there was a town called Ora Grande, between Alamo-ghetto and El Paso. Anyhow, they had a shitload of abandonded mines, we would go out there on the weekends and go exploring. Very cool.. very stupid. They have since blocked everything off. Wish I had some GoPro or similar footage of those things. Found newspapers from the early 1900's, not much else. But it was neat.

We did that on the poughkeepsie trail. Although this mine was pretty safe.
