A friend of mine said his company is having them WFH until 01/01/2021!!

our company has plans of it until Labor Day, although in my position I was pretty much full time remote work anyway. Funny to see everyone “working” from home. Highly doubt much was getting done. Not saying I do much most days but I’ve been used to it since middle of last year

Tell you one thing Ive noticed.... Wearing a mask on jobsites and in the office/warehouse when out of my specific office makes my body produce 10x the normal amount of boogers

My part of NJ started turning red last year.....so that goes to show you anything is possible.

and if you have seen the NJ Gym thats been opening in defiance that town is also in my county that voted for red reps.

There was a gym in my home town that did the same thing. The city cop writing citations would not get near the gym owners though (significant size difference and small town history there) but he had no problem giving the patrons citations. People went to the FB and started posting pictures of all the large groups of people around town the city was doing nothing about. In the end the city dropped all the citations. There were comments that the city was trying to use the citations to make up for lost tax revenue. It made sense considering the cop gave out close to $10k in citations in half a day.

They cited the owners. Also cited everyone leaving and if you refused to give your name for the citation they arrested you. It all always comes down to money. Very rarely are decisions made based on morals it seems.

We just got our first box of 100 US made cotton & poly masks in for the guys. Going to issue the guys 7 each and then no more running surgical and n95 & kn95 masks to my jobsites every other day.

& before we get into politics - I don't give a hoot - this is mandated on my jobsites right now and my guys need paychecks.

Had my temp checked prior to being allowed into my financial clients this morning. I applaud them for wanting to insure their employees are safe, but some stuffs just dumb like this....in the elevators

Meanwhile everyone's touching the same buttons. I told the facilities manager that if they are serious about this - why have everyone pushing the same buttons?

On another note got about a million in plexi and lexan going into this building and a few million in automation of their entrances coming up. Raining Covid $$$$ but luckily this isn't a publicly traded company and they use no tax money so I ht it hard and do not feel remorse like when I price a gubment job high
