If yall didnt know about this site, there can be some damn good deals found on it. Lots of AR parts on sale really cheap as well as some decent deals on guns. It's also nice because theres usually quite a few comments on the posts giving feed back on the seller and item. They'll let you know if it's safe to order from them or if you should stay away and also if the part or firearm is even worth the money.

In addition to that website, there's another subforum that sells used gun accessories.

No wonder Scalarworks is so expensive. Their packaging is awesome and unnecessary! lol and I'll never use the QD part of this mount either

I just realized that Optics Planet is a sister company to a company Ive spent many thousands of dollars with over the past few years Everything You Need For Your Active Outdoor Lifestyle

I placed an order last week with campsaver and the canned letter stating when some back ordered items would ship had a link to optics planet in it at the bottom. I remembered you guys mentioning it in here so I followed the link and bam....same exact website design and some shared products. Such a small world.

BTW - Ive never had any issues with Campsaver that a e-mail or phone call didn't fix. Ive gotten many deals that could only be found there. They are super SLOW with order picking and shipping, but I don't care ~ I'm usually buying left over last year models from them in the off season so I get deep discounts.

I might have accidentally ordered a lightweight BCG and an ARFX skeleton stock for my 6.5 Grendel build. Now just need the parts to get here so I can tune gas system for the lightweight BCG.

I managed to get a nice trip to the range today to zero most of my rifles since there were a lot of additions of scopes during the holidays. The 6.5 Grendel took me a few rounds to get the adjustable gas system to work properly. The Vortex Diamondback FFP adjusted pretty good but it was not a good environment for zeroing today with strong winds and a crappy chair. I am going to go later this week after work and shoot from the prone - always better results. The rifle was easily printing touching shots at 50 yds today though. The 100 yd bench was full so I declined waiting for a spot.

My sammich maker did enjoy the range day but really enjoyed the 45 ACP AR15. The Aimpoint holds up pretty well for the caliber and is more than accurate enough for 25-50 yds. It is always fun to tear out the 10 ring with this thing.

Shot this group yesterday with my new Rainer Ultramatch barrel. It's black hills Reman ammo so shooting 3/4" (excluding the flyer) is right on par. I've ordered a box of new Black Hills 77gr and 69gr ammo to see what this barrel can really do.
It also grouped Wolf Gold 55gr at 1 MOA! So it likes my cheap plinking ammo!

EDIT: Forgot to add that these groups were shot with a Bullet Drop Compensator (BDC) reticle 1-8x Vortex Strike Eagle scooe and not a precision reticle. So it's even more impressive since I have no real idea if I'm holding in the same spot everytime due to the reticles thick BDC dot & lines.
