So I dropped one of my pairs of Ray Ban sunglasses the other day. Apparently they hit the floor just right and cracked the left lens. I lost proof of purchase a while ago so the 2 year warranty does not apply until I can get to a Sunglasses Hut to check my time of purchase. I processed a request with Ray Ban to replace the lenses. The quote to replace the lenses was literally $20 less than a new pair of glasses. WTF Ray Ban.

Found that out with a pair of Costas. All the cost is in the lenses. Bought a set of off brand lenses and they were complete shit. I've been buying Huk sunglasses off Amazon since. $40 and I like them just as much as any of my Costas or Maui Jims.
Same, I just bought another paid of Costas since my last pair lasted almost 10 years of daily hard use.
Costa's repair/replace warranty has gone to shit since Luxxotica bought them.

My issue is my personal preference is metal frames over plastic / composite frames. So few nice good frames now.
After work I went and did some backroad cruising to get out of the house for a bit. This old bridge on a narrow county road was nice to spend a few minutes appreciating. It is funny to see a bridge with railroad ties, road signs, and a 5,000 weight limit.

Its what I'm wearing currently. They fit well inside my open faced helmet and are fairly light weight.
