Found out some disturbing news at work today. Apparently we are no longer supporting two mobile OS platforms and they chose Apple. I do not have to change immediately but at some point in the moderately near future I will have to have one of those things for work.
That sucks.

I just got my first iPhone last year, for reasons. Hate to say it, but it's honestly not that bad overall. Day to day, it does the same shit. Texts, apps, phone calls, web browsing, email, etc. There's a little bit of a UI learning curve obviously, but not bad imo.
Yeah I never minded the iPhones I had. Nothing my Androids will do that the iPhones wouldn't. I'd take an iPhone any day over a POS Samsung. But my Google Pixels have been damn near indestructible and I've never had a single issue with them, so I'll stick with them until they turn to shit or quit making them.

I blew the end tank out on my intercooler last week towing my dad’s JD210 so I found a replacement all aluminum from a local guy parting out a 2000 powerstroke. The 02+ came with cheap plastic crimped end tanks. Hopefully I’ll get to swap it out this weekend

Picked these up at Costco.. only had the root beer so far.. its pretty good. Definately not worth what they cost ($20 for 12) but it's neat.

Edit.. it also came with this stuff (just found it in the case) Some bottlecaps and a top twister thing. Still not worth the cost. I tried the grape drank and it was mid at best, grape Nehi is way better.

The wife got me an exotic car driving experience next weekend for my birthday. Audi R8 V10, McLaren Artura, and Porsche 911 GT3. Only the McLaren is really an exotic I guess but the Audi is my dream car from when I was a kid and the GT3 is my current dream car so way better choices than Ferraris or Lamborghinis. I'm stoked.

Those GT3's just continue to impress me with their track times.

There is some chic from Ireland turning a 911 Turbo into a GT3. Its gonna be sweet when done. Looks of the GT3 with the power of the turbo. Now will it handle like a GT3?? Who knows.

Audi RS6 Avant FTW. LOL There is a guy on the next street over who has one with 800 horse, plates read "RS BEAST". My co-worker knows him, he has worked for Apple for 25+ years. Has some 911 variant (GT2 maybe.. big wing, not a GT3).. that the plates read "TNKSAPL" Thanks Apple. But yeah, I would like an RS6 Avant

That's Mr Asshole to you
I am with you on the RS6. Something about a full-size sport wagon with super car power.

RS6 Avant would be my choice over the R8 as well.

Scored a 60gal Ingersoll Rand air compressor from work because the compressor locked up on it. Debated replacing the compressor and having a cheap compressor but I don't have the room or need for it in the garage. So I'm stripping it down and using the tank for a smoker build. Going to fill a gap from my back porch smoker that can hold a single 20lb brisket and my dad's trailer smoker that can hold 12 20 pound briskets.

how do you clean something like that that was exposed to compressor oil and rust? Clean real good after cutting open and hi temp powder coat or ceramic coat? A few trial runs of smoking at higher temps with no food in it? Nice score on the tank, sounds like a good base to use for a custom build
