My buddy just lost his 2,000 acre lease up by Colorado City because the owner wants to start raising cattle again. That place was a Texas hunters wet dream (the neighbor has 4,000 acres that he doesn't hunt or lease out to anyone).

Same reason we lost our place by Luckenbach. 10+ years later and they still can’t lease that place for what they were asking.
We debated it but it is a tough one to prove without a doubt he is doing the stuff on purpose. I am not willing to fight for a mediocre lease 2 hours away that is surrounded by over hunted properties.

Just go hunt here. Plenty of exotics and native species. The website sucks, but the land and the people who own/operate it are awesome.
Hopefully budget will allow for a good guided hunt this year.

Is thar the Mohindra one? I looked at those when they 1st came out. Based off the original Willys one. Had a diesel 4banger in it with a 5-speed manual. Pretty neat, but they had to change the body up to avoid a law suit from Jeep. Still pretty cool for a Ranch truck.

Yeah, Thats it... but I think I was wrong in asking if that was one... its too small. Although the Roxors are small... not that small. Reminds me of the British Youtuber dude who got one that is similar and drove it around Utah and to Moab.
