My last work trip of the year is this week. So far the flight out is delayed, has one toilet broken, and had to get the Special Cleaning Crew to take care of something before we could board.

I test drove a 2026 Palisade Hybrid this past Friday. Pretty nice family car that is insanely quiet on the inside and is supposed to get 34MPG. The plan was to give our S60 to my MIL for a little town car and get a family car for me. Well my MIL is still recovering from a minor stroke and doesn't want anything "new" to her so that plan is scrapped for now.

Im at 36,000 right now. So far only issues ive had is the rear hatch having a mind of its own and opening randomly overnight
They haven't recalled any of the Sequoia's right? But hell, I wouldn't mind if they replaced the engine after putting a ton of miles on the truck. Volvo rebuilt our S60 motor due to the piston ring recall and we were at/around ~70k miles.

I am really glad today is my Friday. This week has been a beating with end of year rushes. I have one meeting I have to take tomrrow but the rest of the day is mine.

I roofied myself about an hour ago. Woke up to take a piss and thought it was 4AM or so and I took some melatonin... it was 6:45. Dragging balls.
I should have done that last night. This morning my Garmin was polite enough to remind me no sleep was detected last night.
