That’s one of my favorite everyday bourbons. They had one of the best distillery tours on the bourbon trail. That reminds me I need to visit my wife’s aunt in Bradstown.

Buffalo Trace also makes a bourbon cream that’s similar baileys only better. We get it when we go camping. It’s great when you add hot chocolate and a square of hershey dark chocolate to it.

I had this a couple of months ago. It is some strong stuff... But really good.

Their white dog is some good stuff. The best spirit that Buffalo Trace makes is Blanton's.

You know the cool thing about white dog is you can easily tell the grains are used to make it.

First, pour a little in your hands and rub them together then smell them. You will smell the primary grain. With bourbon this will be corn.
Second, wave your hands in the air then smell them again. You will smell the secondary grain. With bourbon it will rye or wheat.
Finally repeat step 2 and you will smell the barley.

Good to know but I'll probably always drink the bourbon rather than putting it on my hands lol

The Official State Food Of Texas - Chili.
In 1977 - The Texas legislature officially proclaimed chili the official "state food" of Texas "in recognition of the fact that the only real 'bowl of red' is that prepared by Texans."

I had chili yesterday for lunch as well, damn near had to tell the yanks that I work with, us true Texans don’t put beans in chili.

The only thing worse than beans in yanky chili is that god awful sweet yellow cake they call cornbread.

lol If it tastes good - I don't care what you call it or where it originated.

Needed coolers last weekend to keep our beer from freezing. If you didn't drink fast enough your beer would become an ice-pop.

I remember when my stepdad told me he had to do this when he was ice fishing in Minnesota as a kid.
This was me...
