Try Sisyphus

I have been wondering if it was as good as the price tag suggests. I am also wondering about letting a few bottles age and see how they are with an extra year on them.

Rodeo clown double IPA.

Also soaked a bunch of skirt steak in the beer just to try something different. The meat tasted pretty good. I was surprised

I was killing off some of the odd singles in my fridge from previous weeks and had to have the All Day IPA again. It was not as grassy as I originally remember it being. I'll probably have to give it another shot.



Here is a teaser... an Imperial English IPA that weighs in at 8.7% ABV. I still have not decided which hops to dry hop it with next week before kegging. I know my camera skills suck but I will get a better pic when I do the final transfer.
