I'll post more when I'm not drunk.. but I had dinner at a place that served and sold some nice beers. They gave out samples of beers on tap. One was a Creme brule stout.. fuck it was delicious but super sweet!! A desert beer. I bought a bomber of it, came home and called my neighbor over to help me drink it. It was like drinking a small cake. :) Good but not something I would drink every day.. or every week for that matter. Also bought another bomber that was good.. forgot the name but its in the other room and I'll get pics tomorrow.. I'm done. :)

Red hook makes an APA called audible...wow, such a great beer! Lighter, but tons of flavor.

Headed up to Carrollton, Tx next weekend for a bbq competition, got a batch of Apple pie moonshine ready

Winter's officially over. Must mean it's time to clean all the Winter Warmer out of the fridge.

Thats about 30 min from me. Hit me up when you get here and maybe I could hang out for a bit while you are smoking up some food.
