Well it is a wedding in the hill country so the corn may help.
Enjoying some beers at Legal Draft tap room.
I really expected a better tap list at Dave and Busters.

Yeah Torchy's has a much better selection and better food, just no games but even the games at D&B are kind of sad

If someone has the name Trademarked they had better call their lawyer and send out some cease and desist letters.
EDIT: Lucette has "THE FARMER'S DAUGHTER" trademarked under beers for their recipe as most would have their recipes trademarked.

Ironically most of the times where a brewery contacted another brewery with a letter from a lawyer it did not end well for the original brewery.
Factor in International laws on copy rights and trademarks and you have a legal bill that might break the bank.
Exactly. Beer is supposed to be a good time; not a legal expense.
Make a good beer and it doesn't matter what you call it....people will drink it....
Well maybe not.... if you label a beer "Horse Piss" it probably won't sell very good. Luckily the folks at Anheuser-Busch had a good marketing department and went with Budweiser.

A brewery here named a beer Buffalo Butt. It was a good red ale. They soon changed it to Texas Red since it sold better under that name.

Oh and for the record.. I've had some Moose Drool and it wasn't horrible. Its been a few years so I obviously didn't love it enough to buy more but it wasn't that bad.
