The Drinking Thread

I had Rahr's Bourbon Barrel Aged Winter Warmer 2016 at a friend's house yesterday. It is not as heavy with the bourbon like last year but still has a good bourbon taste. I will probably pick up a few bottles for myself.
Glad to see it back on the shelves.

Same here. Check out the beer from Rahr and Deep Ellum. Both solid breweries that I doubt will sell out.
I get a handful of their easy drinking beers for casual drinking. The anniversary beers usually get my attention as well.

HOAX DENIER
I rarely, if ever go in this box but tonight I have a reason. I went to a new brewery right around the corner from my local range with a client. I had a record number of five beers. Well, they were all 5 oz. 
Anyway, the bartender asked me what I wanted. I knew it was a booshi place so, with a straight face, I said, I would like a beer that used vaginal yeast as a starter. He lost all his snooty composure and couldn't stop laughing. I felt that I had done my job.

The weather is great for one of my favorite beers.
