Finally got my hands on a 6er of Infamous' Sweep the Leg peanut butter porter.. @Mauzer that was a good beer.

I get an email periodically from Draft magazine, this was one of the articles that came in todays email. They left off Infamous Sweep the Leg though.

That's not a ribeye.. that's a roast. LOL I had the butcher cut me some 2" ribeyes one time. I'll stick to the 1.25-1.5" thick ones from now on.

It's a wheat based bourbon like makers but its distilled here in Texas. Thanks to the weather in the hill country it doesn't take as long for that good oak flavor to develop.
