Listening to the rain and hail and enjoying this. First craft beer I've had in I don't know how long. Been sticking to the cheap stuff mostly.

I knew I should have gotten the bottles. What is it about cans that turns good beer in to just ok beer?

The smell of aluminum messes with the way we register the taste. At Cap n Hare one night we had a bid discussion over cans vs bottles. A canned beer today is fine; but for it to be the best beer it can be it needs to be poured into a proper glass for that style. The same goes for a glass bottle beer; just the big difference is that we do not smell the glass so it does not mess with the perceived flavor.

The polymer is banned in your kids baby bottles, but every aluminum can drink out there has the polymer in it.
