Sadly Rabbit Hole brewing in Justin, Tx is closing their doors soon. Good beer just too far away from the popular areas to gain the real followings needed to survive.

They covered DFW pretty well but never wanted to sell their soul to a major distributor to get across the state. Texas needs to kill the distributor strangle hold on small and medium breweries.

Wouldn't that defeat the whole point of them? Wouldn't be "local" beer anymore

Lots of craft beer is distributed across Texas but still "local" in their area. The bigger issue is the saturated market and price points. It is hard for small breweries to distribute and make a profit like the big companies.

Pretty much every state has predatory distributor rules on the books to keep the rich richer and the poor poorer. at least around here in NJ/PA/DE it's that way. best you can hope for is a good cult following so that a major brand picks you up before you implode

I have only heard mentions of this when I was Buffalo Trace, it's not sold in the US and I don't believe its offered or tastings at the distillery.

It is one of my preferred IPAs but I just do not think it is worth the cost. These beers were bought by a friend and left in my fridge.

I buy them on base, I think it’s $10 a box.
