We had a deal back in the day. I'll pay to have it cut down and the little old lady would keep it at bay cause I've got 6' of wood fence blocking my access. She moved out and crack heads moved in so... yea. That's about a decades worth of growth.

I would of taken it completely down but like I said it's not on my property. I just cut enough away that my fence isnt being bent and pushed into my yard. Funny thing i found out when getting my permits....my fence isnt even on my land

Good thing I got permits for it way back in the day and no one else cared. Hopefully the new neihbor doesn't

Isn't another of your fence incorrect as well? Like part of your property was on the other side of the fence your neighbor was maintaining?

Took out my horseshoe pits today and seeded the area's. I just cut the posts off. They are set into 5 gallon buckets filled with concrete so... cut that corner

Also used the spot to bury (3) 80# bags of concrete that got wet and set on me. Anyone ever digs there and they will find a few hundred pounds of concrete

Also since my pos neihbor moved out and the new ones not moved in yet I used it to my advantage to cut up a tree they have been letting grow between our fences. It's not on my property but I don't care. Filled up three trash cans then called it quits and put my fence back up

Oh and if I did it again I'd skip tile. It sucks. I'd do a single slab per side like hotels use. Install is super simple and by decreasing all the joints its 100× cleaner and less likely to ever leak. KISS

Or if on a budget just use fiberglass sides

Finally got a waterfront house. It's a 2 story with a 3 car garage, 3 bed/3 bath. Needs a total remodel since it hasn't been updated since the 80's.

Just to let you know up front that TP&W doesn't recommend eating any fish or blue crab out of the ship channel and surrounding areas at this point. It went from one fish a week to one fish a month to no fish at all now. It's pretty much why I don't fish here anymore (I used to fish a lot as a kid).

I mostly do catch and release. Didn't realize that was not a lake. I know shit about catching fish in salt so maybe I will stick to the beer.

Well feel free to come and try it! I'll be putting lights on it and I already have a stainless steel countertop that I liberated from somewhere to put for a cleaning/work table out there.

I need to work out a deal with my brother to park his deep sea fishing boat in my boat dock. I need to re-do the motor lift and put new straps on it.
