Plumbed up another bathroom vanity that had been stubbed out awkwardly. Replaced the cartridge for the hot/cold mixer in the master bath and patched, taped and floated some huge holes in the walls. The owners son has a temper issue apparently.

Well...supercharger is on hold. Decided to have an outdoor kitchen built. Going to be about 11' long and then have a 6' "L". The long side will hold grill, side burner, sink and a fridge. Everything stainless with access doors below. Lifetime warranty on the grill so that's good. The 6' section will be at bar height. My old grill was shot and it was either buy another disposable grill or put to use the stubbed out gas/water and electric on the patio. Hope to have the guys get started next week. Need to order grill components and granite this weekend. I'm pretty stoked.

I'll be contributing to this thread soon. Just got pre-approved for a mortgage today. Still have my apartment until September 4th but am looking to buy in June/July.

I'm excited. The numbers all came out about where I expected. And it's only about $100 a month more than the apartment I was looking to rent. All a matter of finding what I want now. Don't have too many expectations. Something with a backyard big enough for a large dog and at least a 2 car garage. Other than that, I'm not being too picky because I only plan to be there 5-10 years.
