Great setup! I'd put the exact same sink and faucet in if I was remodeling a house I owned. I had that setup in my last apartment and I miss it.

Having had the single basin sink in our last house, I prefer the double. Nothing wrong with either, just personal preference.
Im set to close on our new house tomorrow and we are still waiting on the appraisal...
Yeah we have a bunch of big pots that used to fit great in the single basin sink. The double we have now that I put in was the cheapest one from the Homeless Despot since we live in a rent house (still looking for a house with all the stuff we want to come on the market).Having had the single basin sink in our last house, I prefer the double. Nothing wrong with either, just personal preference.

Very nice!!!Phase 1 of house upgrades. Granite countertops, gas cooktop, single basin sink and new faucet.

In CA they would give you the same notice but have surcharges so that the state gets the extra money so that they can give it to people you don't care for.I'm pretty stoked. Just got back the first full months' electric bill after changing my fridge, gas stove, gas water heater, gas HVAC....

I was thinking my bill would go up because the new efficient stuff has electric motors on it and they run allot, but I was completely wrong. Fridge is 40% of electric use so that must have made a HUGE dent. I'm using WAY less electricity and my gas bill is down to just about nothing. Much different than the $3-400 electric bills I got last winter using electric heat.
But that water heater I just replaced was installed in 1987!!! Closer towards Gainesville. Id still service all the same areas. Dfw is where the money isWhich direction are you looking? Move too far and your business needs to follow.
You need to be careful with #3. Especially if it's an old panel or is really dusty. After replacing the water heater it makes me think. I give the following advice to all of my clients that buy a new home.
Once a year do the following - and do it when you don't mind making a repair - cause things could go wrong but at least it will be scheduled...
The funny thing is I probably do it every 2nd or 3rd year!
- Flush your water heater once a year - in hard water area it will add years to your water heater.
- Cycle all your angle stops - they may end up leaking or not working but that's typically cause they need to be replaced - use 1/4 turn brass ones when you replace
- Cycle all your circuit breakers once a year - a few times each.

It was WAY beyond it's time!!!
View attachment 12882 Was thinking bout cutting up the old water heater to make a back yard fireplace. I need another project like I need a big boobed Swedish at pair that likes to wear short skirts and tight tops, but this is pretty cool.
