Spring Break is here and we’re not going anywhere, time to get stuff done around the house.

Jaccuzzi is super easy maintenance, chemicals once a week, change out water once a year, hose out filters twice a year(replace filters every 4 or 5yrs) and really the cost to repair is not that bad imo for the rewards of relaxing and I have a bad back so it benefits me using the jacuzzi.

When I was an active skier, every night I would spend an hr in one. That + a six pack of beer + 8 hrs sleep and I was ready to hit the mountain the next day. I remember the one day I skipped the Jacuzzi - I couldn't ride the next day I was so locked up. I have a Jacuzzi tub in my guest bath and love that freaking thing now that my new water heater can get it hot enough lol

I love my pool.

I miss having one. Not the maintenance or $$ for chemicals but the summer fun.

If I had that view I'd do the same.

Got a ton of random stuff done around the house since it didn't rain as bad as I was expecting it too.

Finally started wiring in a 20A whip I've had lying around the garage. Going to put in 8 more outlets with one of them outside the garage for Christmas lights.

Rebuilt a small plastic fence that goes around my mom's pool pumps and heater. My mom was super proud that she was able to put it together herself. Unfortunately she used corrosive self tappers in plastic so it finally pulled itself apart after the self tappers rusted. So I rebuilt the fence with stainless steel hardware. I've been waiting to do this when she went out of town because I didn't want to hurt her pride.

I'm planning to sell it in the neat future. I've found local home buyer service here https://bridgedalehomebuyers.ca which buys houses in any conditions "as is". I heard many positive reviews about this service so I hope they help me to sell it fast at good price.

Finally got tired of airing up the stupid tires, so I bought some solid rubber ones, the axle had some type of cheap press lock nuts, I did away with those drilled some holes and added ss cotter pins and ss washers.

I did this once and quickly put the pneumatic tires back on. You'll find that the rubber ones are too hard and unforgiving so stuff on the dolly tends to bounce around more. Even more so on stairs lol

I don’t deal with stairs or plan too, for what I use the dolly for, the solid rubber tires are perfect, delivered a used wash n dryer this evening and picked up a bunch of boxes.

Harbor freight with 20% off coupons, I didn’t have 25% off coupons like yourself lol

That was the problem I ran into every time, flat tires when I need it, and 3 sets of pneumatic tires later in about 7 yrs and that’s enough for me, now rollin with solid rubber tires.

I have that exact model in my garage I use for pre heating water for beer brewing. It is impressive how well it works.

Yeah it was working when we took it down, I was impressed with it, I think the gas tankless heaters seem to work better than most electric ones.

I'll give you $70 for it. We will work out shipping or whatnot later. If we ship I'll pay.
