Taking down Christmas lights and decorations and trying to find motivation to organize my garage again.
Ended up organizing some stuff but not really. Got all the Christmas stuff taken down and put away. Also had time to install a flood light in the back of my garage, so now my house will be lit up 360° all around at night which is nice.

Yes they do actually. But it's all on motion sensors so the lights aren't on 24/7.

I was looking into IR floodlights as well so they could help out my cameras at night as well. Those would be on all night but you wouldn't be able to see it with the naked human eye. I'll be putting those IR cameras in on the house I actually own.

The idiot behind me is a city boy. He just built a house and at first he had the fucking thing lit up like the mothership even though hes only up on the weekends. Thing was so bright I had to rotate my deer stand so that the door blocked the light. I made a comment to my buddy (his nieces husband) about it and now he only has one burning on the front/back porches like the rest of us lol

Yeah I'm not an advocate for light pollution at night but it is nice to be able to walk around the house at night with the dog and have the motion sensor's turn light on for me. :)

if you have lights that shine into the night sky or your neighbors yard - you are a total douchebag IMHO and I would loathe living next to you.

I already built a wall in my own dam yard to block one douchecanoes lights. I'm not building another.

Even with my wall I still have to call the DB and ask him to turn them off when I'm trying to enjoy my yard at night.

This week the neihbor from across the court has those ghey red/green Christmas laser things shining on my house. They took their lights down and left it turned on pointint at my house. I'm waiting for air traffic to report them since I'm only 10 miles form the airport and in a air traffic zone. I was in my backyard last night looking at my trees and saw red/green laser beams on them. for a second I thought flashback, but alas - dumb ass neighbors and she should know better since she's based out of Fort Dix.

Any of you guys tried "wet & forget" before? Wet & Forget Concentrate, No Scrub Outdoor Cleaner | Product Information

I just got two bottles & hopefully it works. Going to treat my roof and 400' of wood fence next time we have temps above freezing. Ive got moss, lichens, and mold growing on my North facing roof & most of my fence is under trees so that's covered with mold and lichens. I pressure washed then stained them but that was a decade ago and they are starting to look crappy. Hopefully by spring they will be clean and the green crap gone.

Has good reviews, I’ll pick some at Lowe’s next time I’m there and try some, I plan on painting the house trim and soffit this Spring.

Looks like Thursday or Fridays weather may allow application. Ill take some before shots for reference. I read all the application instructions and so long as it's above 32* I'm good to go. The slower it takes to dry the better so colder is preferred from what I took from the instructions. You are not supposed to apply it when the air is over 80* or in direct sunlight. Overcast cool day is best.

I saw many other products and have tried some others but most are bleach based and I'm not spraying that crap all over my roof, fences, sidewalks, & driveway.

Got about 400sqft of roof & 2,400sqft of fence + a ton of sidewalk so we shall see if it really works or not.
