My house has a very large footprint.

Neither of the bathrooms in my house have fans, just the heaters from the 70s. It’s on my short list now that the wedding is out of the way and I actually have time on my days off to do stuff besides talk to vendors, make decorations, and write checks.
So today, after living here for almost 4 months, I found out the master bathroom does in fact have a fan. It has two switches in the wall and one turns in the heater and the other turns on what I thought was the light and heater. But it’s actually a light and a fan. Not quite sure why it’s wired up like that but I’ll probably install a 3 gang box and a separate switch for light, fan, and heater on the new unit I’ll put in.

You get get a combo switch for the fan & heater so you don't have to cut in a 3-gang box.

Are there combos that have timers for both? Would like a timer for the heater and fan. But after thinking about it and looking at it more I’ll probably just buy a fan/heater and not worry about the light. The light in the fan adds almost no functional light to the room. So I’ll probably just replace both switches that are there with timers. One for fan and one for heater.

Ok, I am still not getting over 400Gb.. I'll call tomorrow. I've rebooted the modem a few times. I got the Orbi setup. Took some fucking with. Seems to like it best when not connected via ethernet cable for backhaul?? I had it configured like that and satellites kept coming and going. I ended up moving the satellites a little more inward than the previous Google WiFi puck locations. To be honest, the Google app was 10x better.. had way more functionality.. like the ability to test the actual "mesh" and determine which satellite was causing issues or did not have the best signal. Could also test each device that was connected to the mesh. The WiFi 6 is speedy fast. On my wifes new laptop with WiFi 6 built in her wireless speeds are the same as wired speeds for speedtest.net.. and she was in her office, the area she previously had issues with. I ordered a USB 3.0 WiFi 6 antenna for my garage PC. Will most likely order another for the daughters PC in her room. The wife was having issues with her internet connected stationary bike... she said it was dropping and reconnecting. The satellite is like 10 feet from her bike?? Sometimes I just fucking HATE technology.

Called the ISP up. Apparently they hadn't upgraded my speeds because they thought I needed a new modem. Not true. Guy was pretty adamant about sending out a tech to hand me a modem I was not going to use. I told him again I didnt need one. He said I could send it back. I said but don't send out a tech, just turn on my fucking higher speeds. After several rounds of this and him trying to turn it on... I lost my shit in a polite way. They got it figured out. Download speeds are 900Mb or so. My upload speeds did slow down though, prior I had about 40Mb upload but now its around 20. I also upgraded the USB WiFi adapter in my garage PC, little thing gets over 500Mb download speeds now. Not bad going through a USB port. iPhone gets over 600 in the same spot. Have not tested the wifes laptop. I'll try it again at an off-hours time to see what it can do.

Yeah you'll have to program it on an app.

That looks like they should have done it that way the first time.

And tonight I found out the GE dishwasher is not getting working right. Hopefully it is just a bad water inlet hose choking down pressure. But I will mess with it tomorrow.

Patio for sure, it's a tiny house with a small 2 car garage/driveway, soon be able to park 3 cars now outside.

Temporary soffit outlet installed. Should have gone on the opposite end of the vent but oh well. All the soffit will be replaced in the next couple of years and I can reposition it when I add in the rest of the soffit outlets. Now I just have to go hunt down Christmas lights because everywhere in town is out of the ones we want.

Nice Blake, is there a light that is spot lighting the tree that is not pictured? Or is that light coming from the lights shown?
The massive crepe myrtle? That’s just light from the Christmas lights. We haven’t done any landscape lighting. Going to wait until we tear down those little brick walls in front and redo the beds.

Yeah, everyone that sees it is surprised by it. It’s going to need some work this spring along with the other two in the front yard. The crepe myrtle is getting pretty unruly and I’m pretty sure one of the others is beyond saving. I’ll have an arborist come out and take a look at them.

I just worked on Saturday. I was too wore out and dealing with bad allergies on Sunday to work.

I got the pony wall built for the master shower. It's not a 100% done as I have to add a bank post to tie the end of the wall into and I need to add an additional cubby to the wall for shampoo bottles.

I got the Nest doorbell in and wired up (it makes it look like a finished house from the street so that's why I installed it now).

And finally "demoed" this downstairs shower pan. The only thing holding it to the floor was the drain cap. I'm saving the pan to take to @thekidcatchers ranch to use there.

I get to fill in this hole as well. Lazy fucking contractors.

Found this in a wall. Toilet paper roll shim.

Samsung finally picked up the broken 82" TV... Now they are supposed to issue me credits for Samsung.com... $2100 worth. I just hope things are still in stock and on sale.

Didn't work on Saturday, I was too wore out from work. I have a bunch of projects I'm trying to get funded and started so it gets tiring running around all day.

Sunday- worked a half day. I got the whole house organized and put away for the spray foam insulators that will be there tomorrow & Tuesday to spray foam the attic deck and the subfloor.
I also got the soffit led lights installed as well because that will be getting spray foamed in tomorrow (lights are rated for it). I didn't take any pics because it got dark.
