As long as you could get to tighten the stub at the adapter I guess it’s alright, that cpvc always gives me memories of money from working for my dad, he’d always get calls for leaks and brittle pipes

Mowed a few passes outside the farm yard, the RV site, a few areas in the corral, around the tool shed and around the well. In town, mowed our yard, the lot to our East, neighbors double lot on the West side, the next house past that neighbor(bank owned) and a couple hundred feet on the easement alley. Trying to keep our yard/house nice and half the street cause sorry neighbors don't care about their yards. It can all go to hell after we move, .

Ordered a bunch of maintenance items for the zero turn. Haven’t done shit to it since I bought it a year and a half ago. Bought a new set of blades, new belt, oil filter, and oil. I’ll pull the current blades off and sharpen them to have on the shelf. They’re still in good shape, just dull as hell. Also need to relevel (or unlevel) the deck a bit.
Whike I was at it, I ordered an Echo Speedfeed head for the M18 string trimmer because the OEM one is the biggest piece of junk I’ve ever used. The trimmer is great but the head is complete junk. Eventually I’ll get an Idech Rotary Scissors head for it but today is not that day.

Dodged a bullet this time! Yesterday my sammich maker was cleaning up a few things in the fridge and under lower drawer. It was maybe 20 minutes later she went to get something out of the freezer on the bottom and noticed the ice cream was soft. So we had a quick shuffling of the food from that freezer to the standing freezer while we let it run over night to see if it was good or bad. The fridge unit is probably six or seven years old now so I would not be shocked (or upset as I have hated this Samsung fridge for years now).
This morning thankfully the freezer portion is working properly. I really do not want to spend the extra money on a freezer while I am trying to get a summer trip paid for. But I need to sort out replacing this damn fridge unit later this summer. Time to watch for holiday sales.

My buddy had a Samsung fridge that he hated as well. Ice maker was super noisy.
This fridge has been a complete piece of crap since the first year +1 day. The hinge piece on one door is eating itself but since the door still functions it is not a warranty issue and Home Depot would not get involved.
I have a Samsung microwave and it's a POS. Takes double the amount of time to heat anything up. I can't wait for it to die so I can get a new one.
Say the microwave laughed at one of your jokes; so you shot it. Easy enough.
I've debated taking it apart when the wife isn't home and cutting some wires.

I was at my brother's over the weekend and made dinner over there. He had a Samsung microwave and it was dumb as fuck. Took twice as long to heat up stuff and the controls were weird.
Samsung fridges and washer/dryers get terrible Consumer Report reviews. I'll stick to their TVs and phones.

Samsung used to get really good reviews; then about 5 years ago they went to absolute dog shit. My Whirlpool microwave (knock on wood) is original from when I built the house in 2007. I have replaced every appliance except the microwave. I am probably going to shop GE, Whirlpool, and Bosch fridges this summer. My last Bosch dishwasher was a pretty good piece of equipment.

Our $2300 Samsjungk fridge lasted 7 years, ice makers went to crap after 9 months, that's with a whole house filter system. I'll never buy any of their appliances again, EVERYONE I know has problems with their Samsjungk fridges.

I have other stuff to waste my money on right now.
I have the opposite thought process. Fuck built-in microwaves. When they break, you can't find the exact size replacement so then you have ugly gaps on the sides of the replacement microwave because you have to buy a smaller unit. Our microwave is hidden in our large pantry at the back and it just sits on a shelf I made for it.
