I might not be able to go, Kindra is pretty pissed since I didn't get home unroll 6am this morning and I've been gone every weekend this month. If I can get away I will try and leave Bryan around 2 on Thursday. I have two meetings in the woodland Thursday morning. I will let you know what's up later on.

I went and picked up my deer meat from the processor yesterday and got a little fishing in. It was cold and the wind was blowing hard from the north. Not the best conditions but still managed to catch some real nice fish. The fish were 24 and 25 inches long and guess the 24 at 8 pounds and the 25 at 9 pounds. Got them both on a good size swim bait.

Started processing my three deers today, I will finish up tomorrow....
Will have 4 deer in the freezer now.

I caught them at my friends ranch. He has about a 30 acre lake out there. A lot has gone into managing it over the last 12 years. Keeping the small ones and making sure the perch have plenty of food is pretty much the plan.

Naaa the best way is to cut them about 2" thick then cut a pocket out and put in a slice of jalapeño and some stuffing then wrap with bacon and grill.

cool, I have one bag of charcole left from Alto I can bring along with the backstrap. I will stop @ a store on the way and pick up jalapenos and bacon we can leave out the stuffing.

I have a mini charcoal grill, but the grill on wheels is propane.
