A decent bass I caught the other weekend. It was really cold and snowed the next day. Going back in a few weeks and hope to catch some big ones. My goal is to catch another double digit bass this year. Big baits will come in handy for that goal.

Okay, so after today's run in with the raccoon I think I need a better pellet gun to take care of varmints here in the city. The one I have is an old plastic Daisy Powerline from when I was a kid.

.22 would probably be better than .117, any suggestions? I've been thinking about getting a Benjamin Sheridan for a couple years now.

Gamo single break, .177 @1000fps or a .22 @ like 800fps

They're inexpensive-ish and they even make one with a noise suppressor for "discreet shooting".

Easy to find too. Even Big 5 sells them.

.22 sub sonic ammo and a lawn mower muffler work great for "discret shooting"
You can pick up a .22 for a little over $100

The Gamos one has a muzzle break on it ( spring gun not air ) I've shot one and it was just as loud as a normal one ( gimmick). Benjamin still makes a air superior air rifle IMO.

Could be a gimmick. IDK, never tried the suppressed one. I'm sure Benjamin does make a better gun but aren't they a lot more expensive? You're getting into a lot of green just to knock off crows in the backyard.

Get a bold action .22 for $150ish and pick up some sub sonic ammo and your good to go.
Or you could just get a bow.
