I did similar last night to the cable company. Cable company took 45% off what I am currently paying and now Ill get in addition to the discount: Nexflix HD, 50 more HD channels, Cinamax, + newer nicer DVR + new modem/router so I don't need to buy a new one + an additional 340mps download speed. Still more than streaming costs but much better than I was paying for. Guess they are losing their a** to people cutting the cord.

Oh and transunion gave me 50% off when I tried to cancel their BS. My info got hacked from Experian so I signed up for the protection like a moron. In 2 years they did nothing so I was canceling services from all three. Turns out Transunion can monitor them all for $120 a year.....I was paying MUCH more from all three. So stupied I waz

New cable box came in and was fubar. ended up having to return it Sat to local provider and then they gave me an even newer 4k box. Cheap a**'s tried to get me to take a old messed up box that was out for the past 4+ years. New box is 20% of the size of the box I had previously. Also claims it uses MUCH less electricity. First time Ive seen netflix and it's meh......(I'm not into tech or change).

So that husky impact wrench that stopped working got replaced under warranty today.

I took it apart a second time, flipped the cylinder sleeve over, and everything spun like it should. Only downside is that what seemed like a very small air leak before was now a steady flow of air out the exhaust port. One of the outer o-rings was visible cracked beyond use, and I assume there is at least one more inside in the same condition.

I asked the guy at customer service what the warranty is and told him thati didn't have the receipt. I fully expected to walk away, but he was handing mea brand new one before i knew it!

Home Depot FTW!

That is interesting, I have family members who owns electrical businesses, and I have help my uncle numerous times in the past, I had to drill out larger holes on nema and panel boxes.
If you needed numerous holes, I would use self tap screws and blocks of wood, to give me a center drill point or drill from offset, sometimes the hole saw blade will hang or catch. If you have multiple conduits coming to the same side of a box, an offset larger hole from that knock out is sometimes preferred so you don't crowd the other conduits coming in. I would also use one the smaller holes to the side because those usually have more surface real estate to accommodate larger holes.

He has an awesome solution for just using expanding one or two holes, there were times where we need to use all three and it all depends if your using emt, PVC or bx on where to make larger hole placement.

First - that is a pretty sharp trick. Second - is he teaching classes anyplace? That would be a great semester.
I researched his backstory a bit one day awhile back and someone said he was actually a high school shop teacher at one point in his career. I think he's finally making enough from Patreon or somewhere that he's making a new shop! I hope that's the case and am excited for the stuff he'll be putting out in the future.

But I love watching his videos because that's how my stepdad talked while taking apart stuff (he was from Minnesota, so close accent and expressions). It's crazy how similar they both are in the shop when they're figuring stuff out.

He is quite creative and funny, sad most folks probably don't understand his humor or rather pay someone to do the job.

I was checking the Milwaukee tool boxes the other day at my local contractor supply. They seem like some stout stuff.
