Few zon purchases today to make my life easier. Was going to make this winterizer with fittings at Lowe’s or home cheapot but the price was right so I just buy this instead, worked well

Finally caved and bought a digital tire inflator, def not the best one but not the cheapest either. I like that you can inflate and deflate with the trigger and the locking chuck had a swivel on it

Makes me wonder whats wrong with the model I picked up 2 years ago lol

Mines not "super" thats for sure. My ripm's are controlled by the trigger not a dial. I like the dials (my M18 jigsaw/multi tools have them). Set it and forget it for the max speed is safer IMO vs finding the sweat spot via the trigger control when hanging from a ladder cutting upside down.

You make cuts while hanging upside down from a ladder. We have a new leader for biggest balls on TOR.

Just kidding. I know what you were saying.

Not sure of the differences, it has a worklight, it also has a knob where you can control the about of "dual action" the blade performs. They had last years model on clearance ($140, down from $199) so I wanted that... but it was not available. So I got the new one, wasn't cheap... more than I wanted to spend, but it should last. Heck my old one still works, its just not Fuel.

Also ordered a Fuel 4.5" grinder. Time to get rid of some of the corded ones I have.

I handled and almost bought a Fuel 4.5" grinder on Sunday. I really really thought about it. I only have two grinders right now so a 3rd grinder would be really handy - cordless would be a nice perk. I just need to get past this covid stuff first.

Ah - I figured it was speed not actuation. That's interesting.

If their grinder is as good as their right handed saw is - you should be happy. I was skeptical that a battery operated grinder or saw would be any good due to power consumption, but after seeing how good my saw is with a 12.0 battery I'm now a believer.

I was notching 4x4's today on my deck right next to power yet grabbed the cordless saw. Pretty sure the corded saw will get handed down to someone before I leave this house cause I'm not "moving it"with me.

Yeah, the Milwaukee power tools are impressive. I am looking at getting an M12 cordless ratchet dedicated for staying in my 4Runner toolbox.

I still would like to get a 12v Fuel (maybe an 18v) grease gun. My dad has the 18v and its awesome, but he has a farm and uses it ALL the time. I think the 12v would be fine for my use.

Tell you one thing - their pricing sucks. All their tools are overpriced it seems when comparing to others.

Thats why my collection has been taking so long - I only buy on sale unless they never have one. Waited over a year to grab the fan on sale and it still has never dropped in price so I said screw it and bought it. Some stuff never changes and some stuff is always on sale it seems.

I need a router right now (for weeks), already have the accessories for it, but I refuse to pay full price after fleybay screwed me over on the Christmas deal (2 free 4amp batteries & charger for bare tool price).

Sooner than later Ill need to buy it, but for now that work is on hold till a sale springs up.

Check out CPO Milwaukee .com They have refurbed units you can buy. I have a fairly large collection of Bosch powertools, all corded (maybe 15 or so) and I think 5 or 6 are refurbs... and you can't tell the difference from a new unit.. only difference was they used a hot iron to impress "refurb" (or something similar) on the outside of it. But I know they also do refurbed Milwaukee units as well.

Just looked at CPO's reconditioned Milwaukee selection... its slim. :(

and also not as great of a discount! I was getting 40-50% off reconditioned Bosch stuff.. does not seem that great with the Milwaukee. That being said I do not regret any Milwaukee purchase, regardless the price.

I also looked at their Bosch reconditioned stuff... more than Milwaukee but not as much as they previously had... and no routers. I have two Bosch routers, a Colt palm router (which is my go-to as its super easy to use) and then I have their mac daddy router plus the nice table for it.. I have used it a couple times. Works awesome though.

I'd like to stay same battery. Don't need more chargers or batteries to mess with.

Yeah that's the only draw back, but they are for the shop not my personal box so it didn't matter.
