I assume you have access to tubeing at work, something of quality like 4340 DOM or better, you'll want 1.5" tubeing maybe 1.25 quarter inch wall. Then you need some inserts and then some high missalignment heim joints. Poly performance sells all the stuff but better prices can be had if you shop around. I think a half inch bolt or less should do quite well for the steering connection.

Poly performance, but I highly recommend going with heims. You've got access to the single most expensive part which is the tubeing necessary to build the tie rods.

I can't find any heims at PolyPerformance, I will look at Ballistic fab next. It is going to have to be cost effective, or I will use the FJ80 ends, TG has them for $25 each.

Marlin has them for $25 as well. I'd get the MC's. Just cause..

Yes you do, you'll need some inserts for the tubing to thread the ends into
