Yep. I was ok with the ride up until the point i left Las Cruces, NM and until I got just outside of Kerrville, TX. Everything between that, I wanted to shoot myself every mile I traveled. None the less it was pretty fun and had a good time picking it up and camping out on the way back.

Towed a Kubota tractor with both box blade and bush whacker on it. I seriously could barely feel that the trailer was back there because of the new Dakar leaf springs. Made ALL the difference in how the truck towed.

Here's a close shot of the compression it's putting on the leaf springs.

Here's my truck (Stock I think ) towing the same tractor. I took this pic a couple of years ago. See how much of a difference the lift and springs make.

Here's a close up shot of the stock springs compressed.

So for anyone that wants proof that Dakars make a difference, well here it is...

Since I got the Scan Gauge, my MPG avg improved to 19 mpg city/22 mpg hwy. I also hit 135,000k miles a few days ago in my truck. Looking to see if I need to replace my trans fluid, I did it accidentally at 70,000k miles.
