What have you done to someone else's ride lately?

They also make some great strap systems - Ive been meaning to order some for my kayaks for years. I'm still using the straps Rodger used to strap my engine to the pallet years ago and they are ready to shear any moment.

Yep, I have a set of axle mount tie downs for my trail rig. Nice shit!

Fixed my daughters flat tire on her new 16" Schwinn bike. :D Funny part is that at first I was just showing her how to patch the tube. We patched it and reinstalled it. Then I was helping her to inflate her tire. Note to self, a 5 horse 220v compressor can fill that little tire in NO TIME! So she was running the air fill lever and it went from 0-?? and then KABOOM in about 4 seconds flat!! It was so fucking loud.. my ears are still ringing. LOL It actually bent the rim outwards a touch! So then I got to show her how to replace a tube. lol I think she'll remember that experience.

Boy no shit!! Had it been a Schwinn from our era that tire blowout would never have bent the rim!

But I went online to see what other 16" rims I could get for it (should the rim be too jacked up to ride on) and one thing led to another and I came across this. I really want to buy this... not really for her to ride but just to hang on the wall. Reminds me of the Quadangle I used to race back in the earl 80's.

Coworker brought 07 Cheby 4wd truck with 140k, over, he said he needs new CV's he told me, told him probably best to insp everything before tear down.

Well after putting it up and looking over everything, well he needs new UCA's, Tie-rods, CV's, LCA bushings and ball joints, coil overs, stabilizer bushings, new seals, new rotors and brakes told him to order everything, basically all new front end parts, lol

Every ball joints and boots had tears!

Its this thing called preventive maintenance, did you explain that concept? Which reminds me, I need to flush my t-case. Royal Purple only lasts so long.

For the $15 I have into my fill bottle I wish I had made one much sooner. It was stupid easy to use but I need to rig up a bigger inlet tube for the bottle I have. The small ID of the tube makes for a slower fill.

I havnt order yet, probably will soon, everyone at work is pissed because the end of FY is near, and funding of projects are in jeopardy because DoD budget keeps shrinking

I price checked Amazon against Lowes. The local Lowes has started discounting lawn care stuff to move it off the shelves. They had a couple of the different sprayer units marked half off so I bought the parts at Lowes. If you are so inclined; Lowes also does 10% off for military so that helps as well. At least my local store does but I only use it for big purchases.

Or so the sales rep says. :) Unless you are cooking your t-case or have a internal combustion process going on in there, I don't see much of a reason to do it. Especially on a chain one using synth. :)
