Took the red truck for a test drive today. It didn't fall apart and drove pretty well. I will call that a win.

I spent 60 hours total the past two weekends installing all of this new stuff. I bought all of this with the intent to build it with my stepdad since we never got to build an old truck like we had talked about. After I ordered everything, he passed away from brain cancer. It's amazing how fast it can spread once the chemo stops working. So I had tapped into my "Oh Shit" account to purchase all of this stuff (an account I've never touched before).

Before anyone asks why I didn't do long travel. I don't want to deal with those modifications and its a long, expensive rabbit hole to go down. I just want a dependable, comfortable mid-travel setup that I can wheel or tow with.

Front:
Icon 2.5" extended Omega CDC coilover with #700 spring
Icon 2.5" Omega CDC secondary shock
Total Chaos secondary shock hoop
Total Chaos Stock control arms
Total Chaos alignment tab gussets (4 of my OEM were shot, truck was having problems holding alignment)
Total Chaos spindle gussets
Icon coilover covers (condoms lol)

Rear:
Icon 2.5" Omega CDC rear shocks
Icon 2.0 hydraulic bumps
Icon U-bolt flip plate

Driver side

Passenger side

Sooo...yeah. 10/10 do not want to do again lol

Took the dust shields off. Idk why I ever put them back on. So annoying. If you do the total chaos spindle reinforcement, DO NOT put them back on.

Also, took my coilovers to a shop and I cranked the adjustment collar down more to get more lift out of them. I'm hoping they will settle a bit or I'll need to crank them down.

When you say dust covers, are you referring to the rubberized pcs that go on either side of the coil buckets?
