Did you disconnect the battery? You have to reset the switches if you did. Believe I saw it in the manual. Or maybe it was a forum post somewhere.

Edit: Found it.

Roll the windows all the way up. you must use the door switch for which window you want to initialize. they wont work from the drivers switch until they have been initialized at each door first. Push the switch all the way down( its a 2 step switch) and hold it until the window reaches the bottom and stops and hold it for 2 seconds. then pull and hold it in the full upright position until the window is all the way to the top. hold it again for 2 seconds before letting go. it should now be initialized and work from the drivers switch.

@texasislandboy Just a note. You also have to do this with the sunroof. My girlfriend tried it tonight and it wouldn't open or close by itself. Did the same process as the windows and it went back to working like normal.

Not really TO my ride, exactly, but I dropped off my FJ e-locker at Tandem to inspect and rebuild while I'm in Germany this month. Hopefully when I get back I'll be able to install it. Still haven't found an indicator light I'm happy with, there's really no good way to integrate it into the factory cluster.

The shop he's talking about. I mean I see how they stay in business - they charge a metric shit ton for what they do. But I don't see how they keep a customer base doing that. They charged a guy $1000 to bolt on his rear bumper on his 5th gen 4Runner. And it took them 3 days. The same exact bumper Rich has.
