No - those 4 bolts should do just fine. Just make sure that you have a near interference fit with the holes and the hardware (shouldered so that you're not relying upon the threads as a pin).

That's about as much as I can adjust it or else the two side holes will be connected as one big slot! The bumper is now stuck on those rubber things mounted to the cab right under the fenders, can I remove them?
