What have you done to your ride lately?

Damn that looks good. I also like the pipe coming up and protecting the back of the bed on the side.

This gives me an idea for my bumper. Just need to get a tire gate built for it with the side protection.
And your bumper looks tits!!!

Shit I used a sawzall to cut my bed sides up, but then again they were not nearly that clean to start with.

x2 I'm thinking about the 4Runner also. I have crunched that driver's side tail light twice now and I don't want to do it again.

Thanks, I'm really pumped with how it turned out. Only took Relentless a year to build it lol

That's basically all the air body saw is except it reciprocates alot faster and it has finer teeth. Thought about the sawzall to cut mine but that just seemed a little harsh lol

That is why I will contact CBI to fab up something like that when the time comes.

Yeah I was told 3-4 months, that was 7-8 months ago. If I would have known it was gonna drag on that long I would have just went with CBI, they build some great shit and build it quickly. I'm sure they'll be able to make something similar. I had my CBI sliders shipped to me 3 weeks after ordering, lesson learned :)

You talking to me?
I did nothing as cool as that today, just little pain in the ass shit on the LC, changed the oil and filter (bitch to get too), plugs, passenger mirror, and hood struts. Also just trimmed a wooden block I had and jammed it in this exhaust mount that had been rattling like crazy to the frame. Don't know what happened to the previous rubber block that was there (either got cut out or disintegrated) but the LC is a lot quieter and running smooth as butta.

They shipped my bumper in about 4 weeks. Great service and product. Can you take a picture of the bedside to show how it ties into the bumper?

Also, shock relocation worked out well for plenty of droops:

So just how much of that 14" shock are you using?

15in shock, travel of the axle is 13.7ish at shock mounts. 14in didn't leave enough breathing room for my liking.

Edit: There also may be more to be gained by taking an overload leaf out of each leaf pack and/or undoing the spring clamps. Still working on the details.

No I'll be working that weekend. I really am in no hurry to get it together. Wheeling hasn't really sparked my interest at all recently. Just had no motivation to get out to the shop with hunting right around the corner. I may work on it tomorrow some. Need to get the front axle rebuilt.

So you're saying there's a chance!
Changed the fuel pump out in my '66 Caprice. It was nice to be able to cruise around today.
