Every time I see Bill Burke or his name, it reminds me of how he has told me that synth line can benefit from rollers too!
I would love to design a bumper with some additional anti-friction.

I would love to design a bumper with some additional anti-friction. 
I have never understood why people say rollers are bad for synthetic line.

They don't say that. They just say they aren't needed. I don't have rollers on my synthetic line and it's never been an issue, but friction is friction and a roller would be better. I just like my hawser fairlead. .

Roger did you do poly rollers on your fairlead? I seem to recall you did.

I used Masterpull Superline in 5/16 x 100'. It's still rated at 21000 lbs, almost 2.5x what the steel cable was rated at. I know that 5/16 takes up a lot of space as well. If I spooled up under a heavy load it takes up less space. I want to put some synth line on the garage queen.

Installed my LCA's and new wheel bearing. Definitely was a learning curve and it made the lesson all the better in the freezing cold rain. 
The learning curve was the different cam tab sizes. Didn't figure that out until I was nearly done. The directions sucked.

Just another example of where my Amazon Addiction led me... Just one more item that was purchased but not installed!!! :o
I do think that setup would be sweet. My bumper would need to be reconfigured for it to work.

I had a Warn Steel Hawse fairlead. A roller wouldn't fit with my Marlin bumper. Swapped out the Steel Hawse for a shiny, non-chewed up one from Marlin.

Got my harnesses affixed to the roll cage, rear 6x9's reinstalled and passenger seat intalled.
Waiting on my clevis mounts to show up and need to mount my antenna for my CB. Then pack up the red truck for Jambo.
