What have you done to your ride lately?

Painted my Kayak rack and got it all assembled finally with the revamped bed rack. Ready for a weekend of using the truck one of these times. Decided I could also now use my truck as the goal post for a football game if need be lol
Added reinforcement legs to the bed rack

Can someone give me a good reason to have a brake dust shield on my rig? Other than the 1/32" spacer it provides when in place. Why do I need it? I can't think of a reason. Mine is bent out of shape thanks to my dumb ass bending it when I had it in backwards and now it's wonky shaped. So a new one is $50. I can try and pound this one back into shape or say fug-it and remove or cut it down to a spacer size. Thoughts?

I dont see it serving a purpose other than keeping brake dust on your wheels and off the under side of your truck.

Unnecessary even as a spacer I'd ditch them entirely, I would do it on my 44 and 60 but they are integrated into the caliper brackets

Mine is all bent up too and I cut and beat the hell out of it when I installed the TC spindle gussets. I don't see any good reason why it's there I've been thinking about removing mine as well since they hit the brake rotor sometimes since they so bent up

I do.. its the one I'm having fitment issues with. I also have a second trail spare plus a brand new OEM bearing. I think I'm going to either order a new hub and all the goodies or buy this off Ebay. http://www.ebay.com/itm/2005-2012-T...888&rk=4&rkt=6&sd=121150237066&rt=nc#shpCntId

Thanks for the link. I'm gonna buy one as its a possibility that my front drivers side is gonna fail. Plus buying the OEM assembly + cost of getting it pressed in is a little bit cheaper but takes a lot of time.

Neither.. got it from Randy when he sas' d it. I think it's due to the bent up dust shield. I'll fuck with it again tonight.

So you're saying there's a chance!
Not sure that this counts as "My Ride" but yesterday I had to pull apart and clean the carb on the 3-wheeler and needed someone to "test ride" it. The neighbors now think I suck at life, but the kid had a blast.

Those old Honda ATCs are sweet

Yeah, I love it. I was originally looking for a 250 Big Red, but ended up getting this 200S. Pull start only and no reverse, but it gets me around the hunting lease and sure beats walking.

All I need now is a black rear bumper and new head lights. I want to get halos but I can't find any without the lame ass LED's
