Just noticed I have an inner cv boot tear. Who sells the best ones? I only want to do it once.

Anyone ever replace the seal on the front of the third member? As in near where the driveshaft attaches?

Yes. I did mine because the diff I got from ECGS had a bad seal when I got it. They sent me the new one for free and I swapped it in myself.

Zech, I'd get your timing checked correctly. You can pull your injectors and get them flow tested and rebuilt. Try witchhunter performance. They will give you a flow analysis and rebuild them for the cost of less than 1 new OEM injector.

Thanks, I ordered a new fuel filter and it should be here tomorrow. I figure it probably needs it no matter what happens. I'll try to find my timing light and get it dialed in this weekend.

Other issue could be the fuel pump, though I don't know the pressure spec or if it can even be checked

I have wondered about that. Figure I will start with the cheap parts first. Hopefully between the fuel filter and timing I can get this sucker running again. The comprehension numbers make me really wonder if it has a blown gasket like was originally expected.

I might order a set of OEM outer boots. My RCV's don't have the pretty orange ball boots on the outers. :( But the outer boots appear fine, some signs of wear so I might as well change them while I have it all apart.

Fuel pumps are fairly cheap compared to other engine related parts. I have a spare fuel pump if you need one. I don't need it since I installed the fuel cell. My fuel pressure was always around 24 psi which was pretty close to normal with a good pump.
