I was offered a decent amount today for it, but its not for sale unless its too good to say no. If I sold it I would have to buy something else (always have a backup vehicle) and I don't want a Corolla. The 81 is solid as a brick shit house. Plus if I sold it my 6 year old really night kill me in my sleep. She loves that thing. It would have to be replaced with something really cool.

Well shit. I am supposed to go on a trip tomorrow night and this happened tonight - I have to change out my driveshaft and put in 2.5 degree spacers - and now I need to sacrifice a wheel to get it off so that I will be able to have a setup that will allow for the wheel to be removed in case I get a flat.
At first I thought that my local tire shop may have torqued them too tight. Now I find out from my drag racing friend and my rice racer friend that I need to use some anti-sieze on the ARP studs. Didn't see that coming.
Oh well. My issue and I hope it never becomes yours!
Tomorrow I will be using a deep well hole saw to drill out the wheel so that I will be able to remove the wheel and get a purchase on that stub of a lug. Sucks that a hub centric wheel has lug centric lug nuts. Fuckers

I had similar happen. I used a really good set of drill bits from Fastenall and just drilled it out enough that I could break it off. Aluminum color? That's what the drag guy does. I really do wish did not have the lug centric nuts on these wheels - it would mess up the look!
