Plus you will never see it with the sheet metal on top.
I like working with it better than tube honestly. Bent Fab uses a similar method so I kinda mimicked it a little.
I am looking forward to looking this build over. Any ideas how you are going to attach the bed sides to the frame?

My 5th gen has a 30amp fuse for the trailer lights. Does that seem really excessive to anyone else? I did somehow manage to burn it up though.
Sliced and diced the bedside last night. Took 29" out of it and trimmed the fender radius to accommodate for full flex/stuff. Its about 1/2" off the tire. Pretty stoked the way it turned out. Looks like a truck again. I am probably going to skin the tube work with some AL to keep mud/water/shit out of the bed area.

8" down near right height. You can see all that space that i can fill in with some aluminum. Should come out nice.

Stock length. I wanted to run a dual shock setup. You can only run hydro bumps with the +2 lowers.Are those lowers stock length or +2?
