Started finishing up the last of the projects on the tow pig:
Fixing the remainder of the oil leaks (pan gasket and oil dipstick)
8 new glowplugs
New GTP38R turbo
New bellowed up pipes
EBPV deleted pedastal
TurboMaster wastegate actuator
Intake heater delete
New south bend dual disc organic clutch
New exhaust manifolds and studs
I started taking the trans/t-case down and removing the exhaust up-pipes and realized the manifolds after 250k and 16 years of use it was just going to be easier to replace them rather than try to dick with removing the collector bolts which were pretty much welded to the manifolds. I'm in the process of waiting for new manifolds to get shipped, and am working on pulling the engine to change the pan and cut out the old manifolds.
New turbo with non EBPV outlet getting ready to bolt on
Removal of stock POS wastegate and installation of TurboMaster
Trans and t-case dropped
Removed and cleaned up valve covers, replaced the glow plugs
How it's been sitting for the last few days, waiting for me to pull the engine
