Took me 3 months to rebuild the front end
a year to sand down and re-finish 3/4 of the frame
going on year 4 I think for the engine replacement

timelines consistent at least

I should have more pics but this iis an example of my new bedside to gate gap. No more ratchet strap! Lol no bed stiffeners just a few doublers and some rod.

This will be the future home of my ARB compressor with a air Chuck just below the gate. There will be a mount welded to the diagonal with a place for a stone shield too.

Cleaned up my second battery wiring, layout and cheap solar controller. Used miniaturized versions of those 200 or higher amp fork lift connectors (45A rated Powerwerx) for the solar panel connection.

Took off my RTT rack and repainted it. 2 coats of self-etching primer and 2 coats of bed paint. Then I put some Velcro maxi-pads as to not mar my 5,000 mile old bedside caps.
