Driver side axle seal is leaking fluid. Dont know why I didnt think to change them while it was apart. Going to go pick up two seals and replace the driver side. I'll keep an eye on the passenger and replace it if it starts leaking.

Pretty crappy you don't even get 5 years out of one of them fancy Lexus batteries. Heck, not even 4 years....unless that's a death date not a mfg date & in that case it lasted a heck of a long time?

I think Rich is the only guy I know to take a Tacoma battery past 5 years that I know of but I could be remembering that wrong. I know mine didn't last that long. Think mine was shot after 3 years.

After charginmg up my Subaru battery it's still alive and kicking after that one weird instance a few weeks ago. Think it's going on year six now. Gotta find out who mfg's that one for sure.

yeah that’s an all day excursion at the dealer, really slow there.

If it barely made half it’s life, why would I get another one? and it is still more expensive than what I got, plus my opportunity cost.... my time dealing with the dealer, jump start it, and hope you make it there? No thanks.
