Looks like a legit "fix" for the problem for sure.
Watch out for rust. Same issues as the Tacoma's have with crap frames being recalled because they fall apart.
My sisters burns a ton, but it's a big ass SUV so expected.
My old and new set both have 14" 700# springs and the new set's supposed to be "extended travel" and about 8 years newer so they seem to remain consistent

I wouldn't buy any used Toyota body on frame vehicle without inspecting the frame. The reality is that I won't do it, but it is an attractive option to getting the family out into nature. Wife doesn't want to scratch up the new Expedition and I don't blame her.
The new set of springs that I had put on my rebuilt shocks are 14" 700# King springs and I have the "extended travel" as well.

"Fixed" my grill with silicon. A few months back, I went to Daytona for my grandma's funeral. I drove through one of those hard rainstorms where you can't see 10 feet in front of you and 30 MPH feels like a death wish.
That only lasted for maybe a mile or two, but I started getting this vibrating noise that would stop if I got behind a semi. I had to pull over or off the road 3 times before I figured out (for certain) that it was the grill. Thankfully, I was able to get it before it flew off the last time. By the time I figured it out, almost all of the tabs had broken.
I scuffed both sides with sandpaper so that it would have a better surface to adhere to. I also did a very small bead around anywhere that I thought air would try to get in. So far, it is holding on there good and much less expensive than getting a new grill.
If it breaks again, maybe I can convince @PSU Taco85 to talk to Homer for me

Maintenance day coming up - front brake pads, transmission fluid change, installing the Transgo shift kit, and fluid changes for oil/transfer/and diffs. Hitting 350k miles this week is going to be expensive.
Also ordered an improved idle puller for the supercharger belt.

Had the mustang at the dealership having some malfunctioning air dampers behind the grill replaced (under extended warranty). Decided it was time for something else so I called by buddy over there and now my wife is driving home a brand new Explorer ST 4x4 instead, she was a little surprised 
She's gonna want me out of state more often, thats how I ended up with my 250 and that mustang, bored hotel window shopping. My buddy told me he'd be happy to put in my Bronco order, but I told him I wasn't interested in a 1st year unless they make an OJ special edition

The Bronco is using current/existing Ford power train and transmission that are used in other platforms, 95% of all the other parts are solid and proven as well, I’m pretty sure you might want to go ahead and preorder that G6 Bronco...
I may end up canceling my order, cause picking up that 50 acres next month has my priority.

Installed some weathertech splash guards, husky floor liners in all three rows and put a full Borla exhaust kit on the ST.
These floor liners are on par with weathertech and about 1/2 the cost. If anything they fit better then the last weathertech I had.

I like the Husky liners I have in my F-250 way better than the Weathertechs in the Taco.
