This stick is best for thicker metals in easier to reach places hence the reason its used for professional pipe fitting in oilfields and such. Mig is good for thinner stuff in hard to track areas or stuff where you want a cleaner looking weld

Actually mig would be easiest it falls under that category of not that thick and hard to reach, I would blast holes in my frame if I used my stick welder on it.
