Before this goes up on CL, I want to either sell my 60" Hi Lift Jack or trade it for a 42" or 48" jack. Price for sell is $40.

I've got a red 48" that I may trade up with you. I need to measure my bumper off to make sure it'll fit...

Why trade or sell? It will fit in the bed.

Note to others who may want a longer or shorter HiLift. You can buy just the long bar from HiLift for about $25 shipped.

Why would you pay that much when 1.5"x.25 wall tubing is much cheaper

WTF are you talking about? Look at Lyndalls link.. its not the bar that you use to activate the jack, its the bar the jack climbs along. Besides, that handle is designed to be the safety.. if you bend it then you are exerting more force than the jack was designed to handle and it will bend by design. Replacing it with some 1.5x.25 wall tubing is dumb.

I was thinking he meant to weld some tubing on the bottom, lol

When you gonna be around to swap them out, Lyndall? The 60 will work on my bumper...

I'm about 10 minutes from downtown, so we could do it before you go to work this weekend...
