Looks good man! Reminds me I need to call CVT next week and ask when mine is shipping out.

I also worked on a small mod that allows for the cover to be rolled up out of the way. It is just two 6" strips of 1" webbing folded over with a ring on it. This allows the cover to be strapped out of the way with the same straps that hold down the cross straps.

It is a nice little upgrade for the useable space under the CVT tent.

Yeah, you can actually read the can but I forgot you are a Marine and it wasn't written in Crayon. Its was a Diet Coke. Good deduction. :D

Issues list to knock out before Oct trip in no particular order:

1 - Front axle swap to 4.30 gears
2- Resolve power steering fluid leak
3- Install auto transmission shift kit/ new solenoids
4- Build cargo storage/ drawer
5- Fridge slide out
6- Battery box
Still debating #7 - Dual battery setup w/ 25 series
8- Wind fairing for RTT

This week I will finish up the e locker wiring and installing the actuator armor.

What actuator armor are you going for? I'm real close to ordering the Low Range Offroad one.

Update: the Low Range actuator armor is pretty easy to install. I would suggest using a floor jack to raise the body away from the axle. This will get you some working room to make the install easier.

Cool, I'll order it then. I'll be installing it when the axle's off, probably, so it shouldn't be too difficult.

Order the Low Range e locker harness yet? My only gripe was the rocker switch was red and I already had my other switches as blue. So I just replaced the switch part with a blue lens.

No, because I'm a glutton for punishment, I'm going to make my own harness and controller. I'm using a "RR DIFF LOCK" button out of an FJ since it clicks right in, and I'm going to use an Arduino to drive it.

You are a bit better with electrical wiring than most people though.

I appreciate the complement, but it's really just about using the right tools and components. I'll be listing everything I'm using and where to get it in my build thread.

And I just won a DMC AF8 crimper on eBay, too. :D

I used to use my boss's at my old job, so now that I'll be doing it all at home there's some tools I need to buy.
