How long does it take to setup? I keep going back and forth on an awning but if it take more than 10 mins to setup I will probably pass.

Well, the first time setting it up with 2 people was probably 5 minutes, but that after I spent 10 minutes trying before calling in for help. 2 people can set this up in less than 2 minutes after practice.

Replaced both Light Racing ball joints. Both were failed. These new ones are greaseable.

How much room between it and the garage door when going in? Looks good. Was wondering when you would get it on... get it on!

I didn't measure between the rack and the garage door, but I drove it into the garage and my wife said I had plenty of space.

I measured from what I thought was the center of the roof and highest point. The rack sits 2" above that point.

Cotter pin installation, there should never be a pin that sticks out.

No idea. I didn't log when I replaced the old arms with new ones. Couldn't have been 30k miles. I'm really curious too, because I've been saying these things fail quick.

Dang - 30k miles is too quick for them to go bad. Hopefully this set lasts much longer.

~35k is what I got out of mine, they are junk, I’d rather have the oem on than run the LR UCA.

I verified with Wheeler's Off-Road I purchased the arms on 08/10/2015. I likely waited a month to install them. Based on the log on page 1, between 07/12/2015 I had 85,042 miles and 12/06/2015 I had 89,889 miles. I replaced the ball joints at 112,562 miles. I'll estimate they had 25k miles on them, but should have been replaced about 2500 miles ago.

Sounds about right. I rebuild my LR UCA's and the boots tore 10k miles later. So I sold them and snatched up TacoXpo's old Camburgs.

I'm wondering if the LR would last longer if I had my sway bar on. Maybe they can't handle the extra travel.
I just don't think they can last period with the rubber boot design. It seems to bind every time you turn sharply or flex

Forgot to add to this, I had my swaybar on when I was running the LR UCA's. It didn't make a difference. I didn't take my swaybar off until I got my original set of Icon's and Camburg UCA's.

Is camburg the preferred uca now? I had LR on my 2nd gen and didn't have problems

I haven't talked to anyone that can keep ball joints on the LR ones lately. They're all eating through them like crazy.
