Yep. Funny thing is after all the trouble I had with Icon last time they no longer do rebuilds in house. Maybe that's an improvement.
They still do rebuilds in house. They are the only ones who can rebuild the Omega line of shocks.

It doesn't sound that way.

That makes no sense if they are manufacturing their shocks but not servicing their shocks in house. wtf?

Because I listen to people on the light bar forum. I should have known better.

You look a little green around the gills to me. Maybe you should take the day off.

I have a separate piece of paper that I got with my two sets of Omega shocks saying that Icon is the only ones that can rebuild them. Hell they rebuilt my hydrobump within 2 weeks and had it back to me. I wonder what's going on over there...

2 weeks is too long. I talked with TPM in San Antonio and it's 1-2 day turn around and ground shipping between SA and DFW is basically overnight.

Rebuilding shocks takes about an hour a piece. Penske Racing Shocks can do same day turnaround if you're in a bind, for something ridiculously cheap like $100/shock.

To be honest, I've had to send mine back twice and each time they had them back ASAP. First time was 3 days. Second time was a week but I'd told him in advance I was out of the country for a week and to take their time. Last month when my UCA pivot bolt decided to escape Scott overnighted me a new bushing assembly and the grade 8 washers that go on the end. So yeah, never had a problem with the service. Always been top notch. Scott seems to make shit happen.
